The kind of property we own and look for
Commercial
Offices, workshops and trade premises. Let on commercial terms, with the repairing obligations set out plainly rather than left to be argued about later.
Residential
Homes let on assured shorthold tenancies. Deposits protected in an approved scheme, safety certification provided, and repairs handled directly.
Mixed use
Commercial at ground level with residential above — common in Norwich's older streets, and demanding on acoustics, servicing and escape.
Light industrial
Units and yards where the eaves height, the loading access and the power supply decide whether a business can use the space at all.
Land
Held for the long term, including plots with no immediate use. Land does not deteriorate while you wait, which is a rare quality.

Part of it we would rather competitors did not have, and the remainder would be decoration. Photographs of buildings answer none of the questions an occupier actually has.
What we will tell you, on the telephone and in specific terms, is whether we have something that suits you and what it would cost. That is the part that is actually useful.
